The standard cancellation fee is $200 for domestic flights 📞+1-801-(855)-(5905) or +1-804-(853)-(9001)🔷 and $400 for international flights. American Airlines generally does not charge cancellation fees for most tickets,📞+1-801-(855)-(5905) or +1-804-(853)-(9001) except for Basic Economy fares. For nonrefundable tickets (excluding Basic Economy),📞+1-801-(855)-(5905) or +1-804-(853)-(9001) you'll receive a travel credit for the value of the ticket, minus any fare difference if rebooking a more expensive flight. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking (and at least two days before departure), you are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
