Interest rate convexity in a Gaussian framework
The contributions of this paper are twofold: we define and investigate the properties of a short rate model driven by a general Gaussian Volterra process and, after defining precisely a notion of convexity adjustment, derive explicit formulae for it.

A convex formulation of covariate-adjusted Gaussian graphical models via natural parametrization
Gaussian graphical models (GGMs) are widely used for recovering the conditional independence structure among random variables. Recently, several key advances have been made to exploit an additional set of variables for b…
The Unified Non-Convex Framework for Robust Causal Inference: Overcoming the Gaussian Barrier and Optimization Fragility
This document proposes a Unified Robust Framework that re-engineers the estimation of the Average Treatment Effect on the Overlap (ATO). It synthesizes gamma-Divergence for outlier robustness, Graduated Non-Convexity (GN…
Causal InferenceEvolution of Gaussians in the Hellinger-Kantorovich-Boltzmann gradient flow
This study leverages the basic insight that the gradient-flow equation associated with the relative Boltzmann entropy, in relation to a Gaussian reference measure within the Hellinger-Kantorovich (HK) geometry, preserves…
On the Complexity of Detecting Convexity over a Box
It has recently been shown that the problem of testing global convexity of polynomials of degree four is {strongly} NP-hard, answering an open question of N.Z. Shor. This result is minimal in the degree of the polynomial…
Open-Ended Question AnsweringMinimum Norm Interpolation via The Local Theory of Banach Spaces: The Role of $2$-Uniform Convexity
The minimum-norm interpolator (MNI) framework has recently attracted considerable attention as a tool for understanding generalization in overparameterized models, such as neural networks. In this work, we study the MNI …
