SEED: Simple ViT and Evolving Harness for Explainable Text Forgery Detection
AI-assisted image editing threatens trust in financial, legal, and identity records. The GenText-Forensics Challenge at ACM MM 2026 addresses this by requiring structured forensic reports, in which integrating detection, pixel-level localization, and natural language explanation for multilingual text-centric forgery images. We present SEED, a modular system with three components. First, a similarity-guided pipeline augments training with diverse synthetic forgeries. Second, a single ViT, built on DINOv3 with LoRA adaptation, jointly performs detection and pixel-level localization while preserving pre-trained priors with minimal trainable parameters. Third, an evolving harness takes the detector's predictions and generates a complete forensic report via an MLLM, iteratively improved through a proposer-evaluator loop optimizing report quality. SEED ranked 3rd in the GenText-Forensics Challenge. Code and data are available at https://github.com/KahimWong/GenText-Forensics-3rd-Place.

Agentic Harness Engineering: Observability-Driven Automatic Evolution of Coding-Agent Harnesses
Harnesses are now central to coding-agent performance, mediating how models interact with tools and execution environments. Yet harness engineering remains a manual craft, because automating it faces a heterogeneous acti…
Harness-Aware Self-Evolving: Co-Evolving Model Weights, Harness, and Task Solutions
Self-evolving frameworks usually optimize task solutions while treating the surrounding harness as fixed. We introduce Harness-Aware Self-Evolving (HASE), an agentic reinforcement-learning framework in which a single mod…
SeedPolicy: Horizon Scaling via Self-Evolving Diffusion Policy for Robot Manipulation
Imitation Learning (IL) enables robots to acquire manipulation skills from expert demonstrations. Diffusion Policy (DP) models multi-modal expert behaviors but degrades when naively increasing stacked observation horizon…
Robot ManipulationSelf-Evolving Embodied Agents via Skill-Harness Evolution
Embodied agents are increasingly built as systems around foundation models, where performance depends not only on model weights but also on the skills, context, action interfaces, and execution harness surrounding the mo…
Reinforcement LearningBeyond Task Completion: A Verification-vs.-Conformance Gap in Tool-Evolving Agents
Agents that synthesize their own tools ship a second artifact alongside each answer: a software library that future tasks reuse, compose, and depend on. Task completion (TC) certifies the answer; it does not certify the …
