Stacked Approximated Regression Machine: A Simple Deep Learning Approach
With the agreement of my coauthors, I Zhangyang Wang would like to withdraw the manuscript "Stacked Approximated Regression Machine: A Simple Deep Learning Approach". Some experimental procedures were not included in the manuscript, which makes a part of important claims not meaningful. In the relevant research, I was solely responsible for carrying out the experiments; the other coauthors joined in the discussions leading to the main algorithm. Please see the updated text for more details.

pystacked: Stacking generalization and machine learning in Stata
pystacked implements stacked generalization (Wolpert, 1992) for regression and binary classification via Python's scikit-learn. Stacking combines multiple supervised machine learners -- the "base" or "level-0" learners -…
Binary ClassificationregressionModel Agreement via Anchoring
Numerous lines of aim to control $\textit{model disagreement}$ -- the extent to which two machine learning models disagree in their predictions. We adopt a simple and standard notion of model disagreement in real-valued …
Environmental Modeling Framework using Stacked Gaussian Processes
A network of independently trained Gaussian processes (StackedGP) is introduced to obtain predictions of quantities of interest with quantified uncertainties. The main applications of the StackedGP framework are to integ…
Gaussian ProcessesPrivate Regression via Data-Dependent Sufficient Statistic Perturbation
Sufficient statistic perturbation (SSP) is a widely used method for differentially private linear regression. SSP adopts a data-independent approach where privacy noise from a simple distribution is added to sufficient s…
regressionSoftplus Regressions and Convex Polytopes
To construct flexible nonlinear predictive distributions, the paper introduces a family of softplus function based regression models that convolve, stack, or combine both operations by convolving countably infinite stack…
