Enhancing path-integral approximation for non-linear diffusion with neural network
Enhancing the existing solution for pricing of fixed income instruments within Black-Karasinski model structure, with neural network at various parameterisation points to demonstrate that the method is able to achieve superior outcomes for multiple calibrations across extended projection horizons.

Physics and Derivatives: Effective-Potential Path-Integral Approximations of Arrow-Debreu Densities
We show how effective-potential path-integrals methods, stemming on a simple and nice idea originally due to Feynman and successfully employed in Physics for a variety of quantum thermodynamics applications, can be used …
Computational EfficiencyExact path-integral representation of the Wright-Fisher model with mutation and selection
The Wright-Fisher model describes a biological population containing a finite number of individuals. In this work we consider a Wright-Fisher model for a randomly mating population, where selection and mutation act at an…
Analytic Bridge Diffusions for Controlled Path Generation
Most modern bridge-diffusion methods achieve finite-time transport by specifying an interpolation, Schrödinger-bridge, or stochastic-control objective and then learning the associated score or drift field with a neural n…
Reservoir Predictive Path Integral Control for Unknown Nonlinear Dynamics
Neural networks have found extensive application in data-driven control of nonlinear dynamical systems, yet fast online identification and control of unknown dynamics remain central challenges. To meet these challenges, …
Path Integral and Asset Pricing
We give a pragmatic/pedagogical discussion of using Euclidean path integral in asset pricing. We then illustrate the path integral approach on short-rate models. By understanding the change of path integral measure in th…
