Scaling up fine-grained intracranial vessel annotations in computed tomography angiography

2026-06-19 · Chu-Hsuan Lin, Alberto Mario Ceballos-Arroyo, Jisoo Kim, Shrikanth M. Yadav 외 arxiv

In this work, we present SemanticVessel, a dataset for fine-grained brain vessel segmentation in computed tomography angiography scans. Based on the detailed contrast provided by dynamic 4D-CTA scans, we generate segment…

Weakly supervised semantic segmentation of tomographic images in the diagnosis of stroke

2021-09-04 · Anna Dobshik, Andrey Tulupov, Vladimir Berikov

This paper presents an automatic algorithm for the segmentation of areas affected by an acute stroke on the non-contrast computed tomography brain images. The proposed algorithm is designed for learning in a weakly super…

Intracranial Hemorrhage Segmentation Using Deep Convolutional Model

2019-10-18 · Murtadha D. Hssayeni, M. S., Muayad S. Croock, Aymen Al-Ani 외

Traumatic brain injuries could cause intracranial hemorrhage (ICH). ICH could lead to disability or death if it is not accurately diagnosed and treated in a time-sensitive procedure. The current clinical protocol to diag…

A Review on End-To-End Methods for Brain Tumor Segmentation and Overall Survival Prediction

2020-05-31 · Snehal Rajput, Mehul S. Raval

Brain tumor segmentation intends to delineate tumor tissues from healthy brain tissues. The tumor tissues include necrosis, peritumoral edema, and active tumor. In contrast, healthy brain tissues include white matter, gr…
