Safe and Socially Aware Multi-Robot Coordination in Multi-Human Social Care Settings

2025-07-03 · Ayodeji O. Abioye, Jayati Deshmukh, Athina Georgara, Dominic Price, Tuyen Nguyen, Aleksandra Landowska, Amel Bennaceur, Joel E. Fischer, Sarvapali D. Ramchurn arxiv

This research investigates strategies for multi-robot coordination in multi-human environments. It proposes a multi-objective learning-based coordination approach to addressing the problem of path planning, navigation, task scheduling, task allocation, and human-robot interaction in multi-human multi-robot (MHMR) settings.

M2HRI: An LLM-Driven Multimodal Multi-Agent Framework for Personalized Human-Robot Interaction

2026-04-13 · Shaid Hasan, Breenice Lee, Sujan Sarker, Tariq Iqbal arxiv

Multi-robot systems hold significant promise for social environments such as homes and hospitals, yet existing multi-robot systems often treat robots as functionally interchangeable, overlooking how distinct agent identi…

Multi-Robot Coordination in V2X Environments

2026-05-07 · John Pravin Arockiasamy, Alexey Vinel arxiv

This paper presents a Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication framework that enables decentralized cooperation among social robots operating in complex urban traffic environments. Building on ETSI Cooperative Awareness…

Perception-Aware Communication-Free Multi-UAV Coordination in the Wild

2026-03-09 · Manuel Boldrer, Michal Kamler, Afzal Ahmad, Martin Saska arxiv

We present a communication-free method for safe multi-robot coordination in complex environments such as forests with dense canopy cover, where GNSS is unavailable. Our approach relies on an onboard anisotropic 3D LiDAR …
